Amanda Mandy is one of the main characters of the series The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy. She is a vile, vicious girl with a dark heart and sinister personality as well as a great desire to rule the universe. Her blond hair is shaped like demon horns, symbolizing her wicked personality. Her outfit consists of a black headband framing her "horns", as well as a short dress, which is pink with a yellow flower containing a blue dot in the middle. Along with this dress, Mandy wears black dress shoes with a strap and short, white socks.
She likes to lead others and cause fear in people. She hates everything and has an amazing knowledge of the supernatural. Mandy is a good fighter and is able to face school bullies as well as creatures of the Underworld. However, according to Billy and Grim, Mandy will scare professional figure skaters, although she denies it.
Although she was not born yet, Mandy kept the evil personality she has today. Somehow, Mandy could control the formation of the body itself, and so she was born without a nose because she was disgusted by them. However, she was born with hidden holes that allow her to breathe, which is demonstrated in several episodes.

Mandy as a Baby
Once Mandy was born under the affection of her parents, with the evil personality intact, wolves appeared to raise her and educate each other. But Phillip and Claire prevented it, something which they would repent later during the growth of the young girl. Soon after, the family moves to Endsville next to Mindy. Mandy went to visit her new neighbors, and soon met Mindy, who was afraid due to the move. When she asked her how she was, Mindy began to speak quickly without any pauses between her words. Finding herself trapped in an endless chatter, Mandy told Mindy to shut up and then left, which did not make Mindy very happy. She vowed that if she could not be friends with Mandy, then no one would. Since then, Mindy has tried to get rid of Mandy's friends.
Mandy met Billy when they were babies as he came over to her house and repeatedly rang the doorbell until she answered. Upon first meeting Billy, Mandy sarcastically asked "Are you some kinda idiot?". Billy pointed out that she had no nose and proceeded to shove an ice cream cone in her face to "give her a new one". Mandy, now angry, punches him in the face and calls him a creep. Billy laughs saying, "She digs me", appearing to show no reaction what-so-ever. Many years later, Billy and Mandy were shown celebrating the tenth birthday of Mr. Snuggles, Billy's pet hamster. Suddenly, The Grim Reaper appears in front of them to claim the hamster's soul. Mandy refuses and offers to compete in a game for the soul instead. If the reaper were to win, he would get the hamster's soul. Confident he would win, Grim promised that if they would win, he would be their best friend "forever and ever". The two kids and the skeleton competed in his favorite game limbo! Mandy proceeds to cheat her (and Billy's) way to victory. Billy and Mandy win the game, and now Grim is cursed to be their "best friend" for all eternity.
